Privacy & sign-in information
This notice explains how Rockarmor Master Hub handles information for staff sign-in and access management.

Information used to sign you in
Access is by invitation. Rockarmor maintains approved users’ email addresses, names, roles and language preferences. An email address must match an active approved account to sign in.
Google sign-in requests your email address, Google account identifier and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture. The hub uses your verified email and account identifier to check and link your approved account. This sign-in permission does not provide access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.
For email-code sign-in, we use the email address you enter to check your invitation and send a one-time code. Resend delivers sign-in codes and invitation emails.
Cookies and security records
Essential browser cookies maintain your session and link email-code or Google verification to your browser. We keep sign-in times, the sign-in method, attempt counters and protected verification records to manage access and prevent misuse. Network information helps limit repeated attempts. Hosting and email services also process operational and delivery records.
Where information is processed
The hub and its sign-in database are hosted on Microsoft Azure in Singapore. Google processes Google sign-in, and Resend processes invitation and code emails. These providers may process information outside your country.
Your access and choices
Email codes are valid for up to 10 minutes. Hub sessions last up to 24 hours and can end sooner when you sign out or an administrator changes your access. Expired temporary sign-in records are cleared by the hub’s housekeeping process. Signing out does not delete your approved-user record or linked Google account identifier.
To request a correction, access removal or more information about your sign-in data, contact manny@aussieoffroad.com.au. An administrator can help if you need to use email codes instead of Google.

Google 登录会请求您的邮箱、Google 账户标识及姓名、头像等基本资料。管理中心使用经过验证的邮箱和账户标识来核对并关联您的批准账户。此登录授权不会提供对您的 Gmail 邮件或 Google Drive 文件的访问权限。
使用邮箱验证码登录时，我们会核对您输入的邮箱是否已获邀请，并发送一次性验证码。登录验证码和邀请邮件由 Resend 发送。
Cookie 与安全记录
必要的浏览器 Cookie 用于保持登录状态，并将邮箱验证码或 Google 验证关联到您的浏览器。我们保存登录时间、登录方式、尝试次数以及受保护的验证记录，以管理访问并防止滥用。网络信息用于限制重复尝试。托管和邮件服务也会处理运行与投递记录。
信息处理地点
管理中心及其登录数据库托管于新加坡的 Microsoft Azure。Google 处理 Google 登录，Resend 处理邀请和验证码邮件。这些服务商可能在您所在国家或地区以外处理信息。
您的访问权限与选择
邮箱验证码最长有效期为 10 分钟。管理中心登录会话最长持续 24 小时；退出登录或管理员更改权限时，会话可能提前结束。过期的临时登录记录由系统清理流程清除。退出登录不会删除已批准的用户记录或关联的 Google 账户标识。
